Our Goodyear welted footwear is a little larger than most other brands. We would therefore recommend you either purchase a pair of our cushioned socks with our footwear in your regular size, as they offer about 1/2 a size extra fitting, or you go 1/2 a size smaller than you typically wear.

Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

Boots arrived in NZ within a couple of weeks of purchase and I was thrilled with the look, colour and quality. As they are high shine, they need a little breaking in to soften up but are by no means painful and I was wearing them out within a couple of days. "These boots are very well made. The leather feels high quality, the stitching is neat and precise, and the overall shape is elegant and well proportioned. The sizing is accurate and they fit comfortably. Please note that they arrive in a uniform brown colour. The distinctive rub-off effect only starts to appear after you begin cleaning, polishing and buffing the leather. This gradually brings out the darker and lighter tones and gives the boots more character. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and appearance."

I usually wear a womens 9 and purchased the equivalent of that size, and they run slightly big if the laces aren’t pulled super tight, but actually it’s perfect because I was planning on putting insoles in these boots, so it’s not noticeable.
