Due to the nature of Gaucho leather used, each product may differ in finish and may require a layer of Dubbin wax to achieve the pictured look.

Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

I’m a girly girl who

"I’m a girly girl who loves a brogue. I suggest buying your normal shoe size (a big thanks to customer service for the size guidance). The brogue boot is slightly narrow and you want to a bit of room around the toes. I originally purchased the brogue Chelsea a full size smaller based on measurement and had to return them. Opted for the Gaucho lace up and went with my normal size. Zero break-in, but I am wearing the boots around the house to get character in the leather. I recommend applying dubbin wax for a water repellent barrier."

I was so worried that

"I was so worried that I would not manage to break in my new shoes before my trip to Paris and I would be hobbling around with blisters - but I am happy to say that after 3 days of averaging 15000 steps a day on pavement there are no blisters and I am not footsore!!! But I do recommend anti-blister tape for the heels, I got some spongy smooth tape which is perfect. They look great too!"

"I wanted these for awhile, but a big apprehensive since returning would be a hassle being that I live in the U. S. I was waiting for my size to come back in stock, they emailed me when it was available. I read all the reviews and the sizing info on their site before ordering and crossed my fingers that they fit. They shipped an delivered to the U. S within a week and they are absolutely well worth the wait & the price. The quality and the look are exactly as expected. They’re slightly roomy as I wanted because I planned to wear them with thick socks. I’m still breaking them in as they are very stiff but nonetheless, they’re comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased."
