Our Goodyear welted footwear is a little larger than most other brands. We would therefore recommend you either purchase a pair of our cushioned socks with our footwear in your regular size, as they offer about 1/2 a size extra fitting, or you go 1/2 a size smaller than you typically wear.

Due to the nature of Greasy leather a layer of Dubbin may be required to achieve the pictured look.
Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

Greasy leather needs to be fed with Dubbin wax, oil or grease for nourishment. Apply sparingly to avoid creating a dull appearance.

"Normally I would give Solovair a five star rating but this time I had to remove a star. I am a repeat purchaser of your shoes and this is the first time I had a problem. The tongue on the left shoe always travels to the side of the shoe as I walk. I had to pop rivet an eyelet from an old pair of urban hikers to the tongue to hold it in place. Please don’t post this on your website because I have the highest regard for your products and don’t want this to be a reflection of the quality of your shoes.
